Cameron Norrie achieved the most notable success of his career by coming back from a early deficit to overcome world No 1 Carlos Alcaraz in three hard-fought sets in the second round of the Paris Masters.

Although he had before beaten Alcaraz on two occasions, this win signifies Norrie's maiden win over a current world top-ranked player.
